We move through three distinct phases, each addressing a specific internal layer.
Phase I
Orientation & Diagnosis
We begin by mapping how your system is currently organised.
Through a focused intake and our first session, we identify:

Phase II
Subconscious Reorganisation
Across three personalised hypnotherapy sessions, we work directly with the internal structures that shape how you decide, move, and hold power.
Each session includes:

an integration cycle, where the nervous system is allowed to recalibrate naturally

Phase III
Integration & Stabilisation
